skype_status 6.x-1.0

This is an official release of a complete rewrite of the module. This release adds the following features:

• No more dependency on RDF module
• No more loading of offsite files, like js or images
• Module now determines skype status through the use of http requests and a received xml response
• More skype status button styles to choose from
• jQuery image rotator in administration to see preview of what the button styles look like
• Better views integration adding two formatters that allow displaying the skype status field as either the call button or the plain text ID
• Better control over the display of the field within the user profile page and addition of option to hide the title of the field
