Move documentation to Drupal.org

This is a great module, but there are a lot of different things that can cause it to not work immediately.

When I had issues I turned to the documentation linked from the project page, but the link is broken (http://cobalt.goodn.eu/node/1)

If someone still has access to the documentation that was there, could they start a handbook page on D.O.? See http://drupal.org/contribute/documentation for details.
