I use the German translation and I think it's would be better if you change

dl.multiselect dd.a, dl.multiselect dd.a .form-item {
width:8em;
}

to width:9em;

You can find this code in

system.css (row 191).

In drupal 7 this seems to be set at 10em. Why not do that then?
