I updated the translation to get rid of several errors, such als 'sie' instead of 'Sie', currect quotation marks, misspellings and wrong translations, too.

As it is a major modification I allowed myself to enter my name into the translation. Please commit it to CVS. Thanks!

Updated the translation for content locking 6.x-1.0, especially fixed two misspellings and fixed two errrors in translations. I also removed unused stringts from the translation.

Please commit it to CVS.

By the way: Is there a (minor) error in the string 'Released @count document(s) locked for more than @period.'? The string is written for both singular and plural, but there is also a separate string for the singular (so the first string could be for plurals only)?
