There is no "theme_editor_engine.engine" in this module. Did you forget to add it to your latest release? If not, how do you configure it to work?

If you are following the current documentation - it is wrong. The documentation is for an older version of the module and no longer applies. All you need to do at the moment is turn on the module. Please review before installing this module: http://drupal.org/node/543850
