Issue Summary
Here's a first shot at a media rss (http://search.yahoo.com/mrss/) namespace plugin. Its pretty basic, since admittedly it was only built to handle my needs of importing a Vimeo RSS feed.
Anyways, here it is.

I've applied this, but am not seeing Media RSS as an option. Am I missing something?
