How to create a mailing and/or manage users with ezmlm?

Yesterday I was wrestling with MLM and Mimemail on Drupal 4.7. Installation was okay, but after subscribing someone to the list, I always got the following error: warning: Missing argument 4 for mimemail() in /mnt/sdb1/webroot/mysite/wwwroot/www/modules/mimemail/mimemail.module on line 118.

So, I removed MLM and tried EZMLM (Drupal 4.7 is the latest version it should work for). I had no errors during installation and no errors during subscription. But now my question: how do I manage contacts? And how do I send a mailing to the people who have signed up to the list? I thought Mime Mail should connect with ezmlm to do this, but I'm getting not the pages to send or administer the mailinglist.
