Adjusted the exercise planner to better meet pupils needs.
* The "how long" column has been removed in the workout plan and moved in the downloaded document.
* Some tips has been trimmed down.
* Removed duplicated button to avoid confusion.
Minor bug fixes:
* Fixed missing images bug when creating a new workout.
* Image nodes now use local path instead of absolute URL.
* Added option for disabling remote images. Usefull if you have allow_url_fopen disabled in php.ini.
* Fixed Drupal messages background gradient by removing it from the sprite.
Fixed alot of bugs that was in the first prototype.
Fixed the broken update hook. If you have alpha1 running update.php isn't necessary, but you should clean up your variable table.
Fixed implementation of body field, muscle graphics not showing up and video resizing.
Added feature where other tags are removed when using object tag in illustration.
Added support for resizing wysiwyg videos.
