Making a tab a normal link to a new page

Hey guys,

This might be a simple question,

I have 3 tabs on my website,

The last tab needs to be a link to another path,

How can i do this?

For example i have 3 tabs,

Tab1, tab2, tab3

Tab3 goes to http://www.nba.com

I tried using rules module to do a re-direct, but i can't really figure it out,
