How to display CCK or node elements based on user's location (i.e. IP)?

I've seen a few modules like GeoIP can be used to target ads to people in specific locations, but I have certain parts of my nodes that I only want to display in users in certain countries. I know I could theme it using Contemplate.module etc., but what module would give me a snippet that say displays "XYZ node content" if the user is say from China?

A bit of background: YouTube etc. are blocked in China, so visitors to my website from China can't load the embedded videos. To get around that I want to insert a snippet that will instead render the embeded video from a video site which isn't blocked in China, such as Youku. I already have my node submission forms to have separate fields that render both of the fields on the same page, but I'd like it to be either/or based on location (i.e. visitors from China see the Youku video, while everyone else sees the YouTube one).
