Ubercart cart module development

Hi there,
I have a small website and I'm starting to use Ubercart.

So far (before starting to use ubercart) I charge my users using creditcard, I give them a link to a company called "paycard", this link looks something like this:

https://www.paycard.co.il/title=write-your-title&price=120&currency=usd

I need someone to configure that when checking out using ubercart, the link will change in a dynamic way.

I can pay about 50$ for this quick task, funds can be transfer only via paypal.
