Issue Summary
It seems that you are limited to having the autotaxonomy terms only assigned to one vocabulary. It would be a nice feature to have this done on a per feed basis. For instance, perhaps you want news feeds into one vocabulary, aggregated blog posts into another vocabulary, etc.
