The module weather says that is currently translatable in Greek. But I cannot see anything in the configuration of the module.
Can anyone guide me on how to use / implement the Greek traslation?

You need to install the Localization update module to fetch translations from localize.drupal.org: http://drupal.org/project/l10n_update. Afterwards, enable the Greek language and download the Greek translation for Weather.
