I have a help desk system set up as follows and two emails are sent to each of the arbitrary email recipients:

ON event After saving new content
IF
Created content is Support request
DO
Page redirect
Send a mail to an arbitrary mail address

Does anyone know how to solve this? I tried adding an if published as well.

I have a similar problem... I want to do likewise, except I want to send emails to ALL users that are referenced in the newly created node. I can create a rule set to do the email, but there's no way to pass in the user ids of the referenced users as argument(s) to the rule set - what gives? :/
