I sell primarily one of a kind items. Once an item that I have restricted to quantity of one, sells, I'd like it to become Unpublished so that no one else can buy it again. Is this possible? Right now it seems I have to be "on call" at all times to unpublish OOAK items as they sell, so as to avoid irritated customers.

Hmm I neglected to mention I'm using Ubercart. Trying those forums too, but they are not as busy.
