I am in need of a good video player wich can easily stream videos from a url, it should be easy to create content, for example [video:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a207wj-PWHQ] should be enough to make it work.
I should be able to custom make the video player, for example my own buttons, a big tv screen around the video content and it would be great if it can be one player for most of the streaming web sites, for example same look for youtube and vimeo.

Any suggestions of a good video player for my drupal site?

Ive find some players but i have no idea if they are worth trying or are any good, some help would be appreciated.

You probably want to have a look at:
http://drupal.org/project/emfield

It allows you to choose amongst several different players, including flowplayer, which you mentioned. I'm pretty sure JW Player allows you to skin it as well, and I like that one.
