Hello,

I am using this module in conjunction with Node Comments. I have Node comment notify working nicely for authenticated users. However, there is no option for anonymous users to subscribe to comments.

I have the "subscribe to comments" permission checked for anonymous users. Anonymous users can leave contact information, but the checkbox is still not showing up.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, can anyone help?

tested, it works; form appears.
Note: I could not test the mail sending capability (no mail server on local machine).
