Hi there, the options/answers for the multichoice component won't show.
I was using the stable version 3.5 and first it was alright, but for whatever reason it stopped showing - I tried even a fresh install of Drupal and eventually the version 4 beta 4, but still nothing.
Is anyone experiencing the same? Thoughts?
Thanks,

falcon commentedI'm sorry. Please specify this and attach a screenshot. Where are the answers not showing? When you create a question? When a user answers your quiz? Have you made a custom theme for multichoice? Are you using special input formats?

Perroud commentedHi Falcon, sorry got cought in other projects.
Well, have a look at this attached image please. Towards the bottom where it reads "The order in which you should check the steps of running a pool are:", there should be four options there for the students to choose. In total this quiz has 7 multichoice questions - only, we can't see the answers options neither the button submit, so you're stuck in the very first question.
The only different thing I did was to add it to a book structure. The idea was so the student could follow a logical sequence of contents and then take a quiz. Upon success, the module 'Rules' will change their role to the next level up which gives them access to chapter 2, in my case 'Water Balance'.
If you know a better way to do this, I'm open to suggestions. Although I'm normally keen in sticking with Drupal, lately I've been trying Moodle out to see whether it solves my problem.
Thanks for looking into this.

Perroud commentedNever mind, fresh re-install (again!) fixed. The issue now is to make it work with userpoints - but this for another thread :)

kirtimansharma commentedI m having the same problem, and its on a production site!
Please see the attached screenshot. Even the admin is not able to see the multiple choice question's choices.
I tried removing and reinstalling the quiz as well, but it doesn't seem to help.
Please also see in the screen shot, there is a "Possible" display field. I remember filling the field while creating the quiz, but have no clue of what it is and any thing about its workflow. If some one can throw some light on this as well it will be great.

falcon commentedI'm not able to reproduce this one. This is probably a problem that only exist on your site. Did you upgrade from Quiz 3? If you have Quiz 3 templates or theme functions in use they will cause this error.

kirtimansharma commentedWell Falcon, I completely deleted the quiz module and re installed it, which removed the problem. But it started again.
But this time I tracked all the changed I was making, so I m sure it is some incompatibility between the gradebook module and the quiz module.
The "Possible" display field seen in the screen shot in my previous comment also is from gradebook module and this might be changing the template structure of the quiz.
When this problem occurs and some body finishes the quiz, the correct answers page is also not able to render the options.
well, I m now able to reproduce the situation by 1) reinstalling the quiz module with any setting for gradebook 2) creating a new quiz and questions 3) changing the gradebook settings there after.
I also use gradebook_og module, which can also be checked for the same bug.
