If I drag (move) an item on the taxonomy list terms page and save it dosn't update the menu without a manual tick on the 'rebuild the menu on submit'

I have noticed the same thing with 6.x-2.7. When I reorder the terms alphabetically and click save, I get messages like "Term 'Testing' has been updated in taxonomy menu 'menu-products'". But the order is not changed. I have to rebuild the menu.

My previous version 6.x-2.4-beta1 did update the terms correctly without a rebuild.
