Please bear with me. I'm a newbie.
It looks like the microcontent module should allow the user to associate a microcontent node to a menu item and then assign that node to a block. The problem is that all the microcontent nodes are displaying in the block i assigned them to (in this case, the 'right sidebar') all of the time. I want a single microcontent node to display in that block when the menu it is assigned to is loaded.
For example, say my navigation consists of color>red>burgundy and i've assigned microcontent #1 to "burgundy" I only expect it to display in the sidebar when that link has been selected.
Am I misunderstanding how this module works?
Any advice is appreciated.
thanks,
tnb

Bèr Kessels commentedYes, you misunderstand how this module works. Or, in fact, how blocks work. Blocks are rendered on all pages, except you change the visibility settings.
No problem, because this is a nice feature request. We could add this to microcontent very easy, and it will make block administration a /lot/ easier.
