Hi,

In order to make "Node Template" working, is needed that the user have "administer nodes" permission. This is an issue, since in that way any user can edit and modify the nodes of other users.

Here's a patch with a fix for the issue. The tab now appears for any user who is able to edit nodes of the same content type as the current node.

This patch was made in the module's directory.
