With any pages more than one page long, when viewed in print preview or printed, the last page is blank and data is missing.

It seems to affect users that aren't logged in and users that don't have the ability to set their theme individually. If I log in as administrator (administrator can change themes), it prints fine. If I log in as a user that can't change themes it doesn't print correctly. If I am a user that isn't logged in, it doesn't work right.
