Change the CSS so the menu can be made floating so that it does not scroll with the screen. That way, you always have access to your menu, even if you have to scroll up and down.

I wanted a setup in the Admin screen so people don't have to tweak the CSS for that to work.
I have a version that works already, at the top, at least. For the bottom part, that's harder since the menus need to pop UP instead of pop-down...
Also there is a problem with the fact that by default a fixed menu appears over your theme thus hiding about 20 pixels under the menu. So I added a <div> too.
I have to wait for another issue to get resolved and then I can check these changes in for others to check them out.

As for the bottom... it will have to wait until superfish gives that open to us. At this point, the drop-down only goes down... not up.
