Change the CSS so the menu can be made floating so that it does not scroll with the screen. That way, you always have access to your menu, even if you have to scroll up and down.

Thank you.

This should already be there by attaching it to the body tag. The problem I'm finding is in getting it to work with a zen subtheme.

Title: Make floating menu » Fix menu at top or bottom

Cwiegman,

I wanted a setup in the Admin screen so people don't have to tweak the CSS for that to work.

I have a version that works already, at the top, at least. For the bottom part, that's harder since the menus need to pop UP instead of pop-down...

Also there is a problem with the fact that by default a fixed menu appears over your theme thus hiding about 20 pixels under the menu. So I added a <div> too.

I have to wait for another issue to get resolved and then I can check these changes in for others to check them out.

Thank you.
Alexis

Okay, this is done. You can try the "Fix at the Top" feature.

As for the bottom... it will have to wait until superfish gives that open to us. At this point, the drop-down only goes down... not up.

Thank you.
