German translation

I have added some misising lines and changed some phrases to more common ones. (For example: The one that allows the shop owner to withdraw money from they buyers account is now as follows. Hiermit erteile ich der xy GmbH widerruflich die Erlaubnis, fällige Rechnungen aus Warenlieferungen und Leistungen zu Lasten meines Kontos durch Lastschrift einzuziehen.)
I think, its important to have the correct legal phrase in that special case.

Whoever will use it, has to change the company-name (I marked it with xy).

Another thing: There seems to be many phrases which are not used neither in the backoffice nor in the frontend.
Especially the ones with line numbers >200.
Or didn't I found the right places in Drupal where they are shown??

edit: in line 122 the translation of "name" must not be "Vorname und Nachname" as it would be practical in the checkout pane. Unfortunately the same phrase will be used in the admin/modules section as the header of the description-column for the module-name. So it has to be "Name" to make sense in different situations.
