With some combination of hooks, conditional actions, and uc_recurring compatability, make uc_roles easier to integrate with uc_payflowpro.

Typically uc_recurring is the bridge to uc_roles, so this is a step toward uc_recurring integration. Full integration with uc_recurring will come at a later date.

For now, it just calls the role renew function and passes in the order object.

Eventually this should be set up to use conditional actions and / or hooks, but that will come free with #525222: Integrate with uc_recurring so I'm going to consider this issue completed.

Currently in the devel branch.
