line 41 might be wrong.
$trackback->excerpt = (strlen($_REQUEST['excerpt'] > 255) ? truncate_utf8($_REQUEST['excerpt'], 252) .'...' : $_REQUEST['excerpt']);

close brace of strlen should placed before ">".
$trackback->excerpt = (strlen($_REQUEST['excerpt']) > 255 ? truncate_utf8($_REQUEST['excerpt'], 252) .'...' : $_REQUEST['excerpt']);

And I wish that trackback's subject and name are also truncated like this...($trackback->excerpt)
