I find the "progress" meter in the time tracking system misleading (screenshot attached). From what I can see, it shows the percentage of hours used up until 100%. At that point, this meter stays at 100% even if hours go beyond. As far as I'm able to tell this has no relation to actual progress on a line item. Will this get overridden if a developer tracks an item with a special token such as 25? If so, I don't think we should display the progress % at all unless someone has explicitly stated where things are at in a time entry.
As an alternate visualization see what Harvest does to mark items that are over in red. We could make a table column that is for the percentage of budget used if others are finding the progress column misleading.

bobooon commentedThanks Rick. I'm going to add the ability to define a special progress token in the module settings. Additionally I will add a setting to toggle what columns show in the overview table.
