Hello Mike, thank you for this great module.

I have just upgraded to 6-x.1.4 and am unable to upload a image for the Header of the Newsletter.

Once I have selected and uploaded the image I do not get a confirmation. The screen refreshes and then displays a green bar at the top saying: Date format: Wednesday, April 14, 2010.

If I preview the Newsletter in HTML view there is no image, only the Title. I have tried changing the Title, this works ok. But the image will not display.

During upgrade I received the same error as in this post: http://drupal.org/node/769898

Please advise.
