When clicking on a popup edit link, the edit node edit form shows inside the popup, not just the chosen fieldgroup.

After looking in this module, there's nothing at all that suggests this is even what is supposed to happen. Then why does the module page state that it can. If it can't, what's the point in having a link that deceptively makes it look like you're just going to edit the fieldgroup, rather than the whole node?

I had the same problem till i changed to Popups API 6.x-2.0-alpha5. I saw this solution by viewing the closed issues too.
