I was told by 2 clients now that the better translation for Contact (navigation menu), rather than this: 联络, is this: 联系我们. They (Shanghainese) seem to think that the former means more like "touch" contact, rather than "communicate" contact.

Or perhaps this is only the case in Shanghai, and the rest of China sees the term differently? Both these sites are for Shanghai-based businesses, so I'll leave them like that for now, but I'm curious to know if there's a real difference in the rest of China.
