How to show tabs in a block made by a module

Hello Drupal Experts.
I am trying to create a block inside a module.I am able to do that calling hook_block Function.But i want to show tabs in the block too.I know there is a quick tabs module but can i use it to get tabs in module created by my block.Is there any way to create tabs for a block created by module.
