I have 2 views on a page, one of the views is a block which is displayed by the popup module. Both views are set to display a pager. If the view which is not generated by popup displays a pager, then the same pager is displayed in the popup view block.

So it looks like the popup block view's pager settings are being overridden by the normal view's settings.

If I disable the pager from the popup block view, then the main view's pager does not appear in the popup block.

Do the pagers have unique "Pager element" values?

This is just a shot in the dark, but it may have some influence...
