Sorry for double post - because this issue is very similar to http://drupal.org/node/58904, I originally mentioned it there as a comment.

Romanian national chars şŞ and ţŢ are not transliterating correctly to 's' and 't' instead they are replaced by dashes (-).

The other RO diacrits Ăă, Îî and Ââ are transliterating ok to 'a', 'i' and 'a' respectively.

Please provide the patch for these missing chars too.

P.S. The fix mentioned at http://drupal.org/node/63924 seems not to work for me on PHP 5.1.2.

And both issues are similar to http://drupal.org/node/61815

I'd like to see one fix that fixes them all rather than a million of these piece-meal fixes.

In http://drupal.org/node/61815 we are discussing exposing this list to users so that users can manage them more directly. Please comment on that idea in that issue.
