After enabling the module, there was nothing. The help icon on the module page just pointed to the help index, and the Index Page link on the Help page just pointed to the help page. Nothing under the configuration menu. Nothing under Dashboard -> Modules. Nothing anywhere. I am using Drupal 7 Alpha 3.

Changing the priority. Nothing in the 7.x can possibly be critical as that version is not ready for prime time yet. When I created that release it was working fine. Obviously I will need to test it again.
