In the overlay, the arrows point the same for RTL and LTR web sites. When you read right2left, you expect the left arrow to bring the next image and the right to bring the previous one (opposite to left2right readers).

I created the attached patch to the lightbox-rtl.css file to fix this issue.

I tested it to work on FF3, Opera10, IE7 & IE8.
