Release notes
The release notes are being documented at #765776: 6.x-3.x changes.
The filtering system has been revamped in look to make it easier to understand. The selected users persist as you page through the list of users. There are some new settings that control some new functionality like using the senders mail address as the From header. I need help testing, I'm sure there are still bugs but nothing that should wipe out your user database, no warranties given of course. I'm still looking at new features but my focus now will be on making sure the program functions as it should so that I can begin moving it to DRUPAL-7.
