Issue Summary
I am only able to rename the file as the Filefield description:
[filefield-description]-[nid].[filefield-extension-original]
I installed the Imagefield Tokens module however this gave me no additional renaming options.

ImageField Tokens, as misleading as the name is, does not add ImageField Tokens, it simply adds the ability to use the FileField Paths engine to render node tokens in the ALT and TITLE fields of an ImageField.
The ability to have ALT and TITLE tokens however isn't a bad one, and while I'm not sure if they are or aren't available, if they aren't the best module to define the tokens would be the ImageField module. I have moved this issue on your behalf.
If they choose not to, feel free to move this issue back to FileField Paths and I will re-consider.
Cheers,
Deciphered.

No news on this? I was thinking of using alt/title tokens of an imagefield as part of the node title via auto_nodetitle module.
