I have downloaded nodewords-6.x-1.11.tar.gz, the most recent version offered for D6 on the project page.
The project page text refers to versions 1, 2, 3 and 12, but not to 11.
When I open the .info file that I downloaded what I have is version "v 1.3.2.9 2009/11/09 11:26:52 kiam Exp $"
and: the "drupal.org packaging script on 2009-12-31 has it version = "6.x-1.11" "
Having recommended "For most users, it is probably best to use 6.x-1.9" which is not on offer, the text goes on to talk about updating from 1.1 to 1.3 : "from version 6.x-1.1 or higher to version 6.x-1.3" which corresponds to the first line of text in the .info file which refers to v 1.3.2.9, but seems a bit old in relation to version 6.x-1.11.
I presume having downloaded the latest current version 6.x-1.11 (1.3.2.9 in the .info) I have the right version.?
I would be grateful for some clarity on version numbers.

Anonymous (not verified) commentedWhat you read on the CVS tag $Id$ is the revision number, which is different from the version of a project. Version 6.x-1.11 is the recommended version; the project page reports information for the versions for which there is something particular to know.
