The little arrows that expand/collapse a fieldset dissapear from allover drupal when colorbox is enabled

This happens to me too, esp. on node-edit forms.

I had a similar issue, except that expand/collapse icon + functionality would disappear after I changed default Colorbox settings - resetting to defaults brought back the functionality. Additionally, CKEditor is installed on the site; Excluding CKE from admin/settings* (Edit CKEditor Global profile) fixed this issue for me. I hope this helps someone else.
