In views 3 header, footer and Empty text are shown not inside basic dettings, but in separate blocks like filtera and sorting.
Clicking "header" link gives nothing. Click on "+" shows list of one element "general: plain text". adding this field changes nothing.

I just downloaded views alpha3, and this is not fixed. I created a new view, and when after selecting a "global text area" for the header, I get nothing.

It's fixed in -dev, as dereine said in #1. Please actually read before you adjust settings on issues.

The configuration works fine with the latest dev - but the translations are failing to load. The languages work with the content (fields from the nodes) but the header doesn't swap.

Testing but I just noticed the title fields are not working either... is this a PEBKAC error?
