I have enabled in access control - "access contacts" permission for anonymous users.
I also created a new contact form in Administer > Contact Form.

Anyway, anonymous users can't access that particular form... I have enabled i18n module, so the path to that page is something like http://example.com/en/user/1/contact

"You are not authorized to access this page."

I use i18n module, so I don't know is it just another conflict, or what...
