CCK fields aren't considered in the analyse, which means that only the title- and body fields gets analysed. It would be an even greater module if other cck text fields would be analysed as well.

We do have CCK considerations on the roadmap, but since CCK's output depends on many different layers it may be a little ways off till we can tackle that on the node edit interface. In the mean time, the content analysis module has a block that will allow you to analyze the view side of a node that does include CCK output. Note: This is actually an issue with the Content Analysis module, although we maintain that also.
