In the settings for this otherwise terrific module, there is only a single checkbox for "Printer-friendly URLs list". However, it is totally obvious when you think about it even for a second that MANY people (including me) will want this list on the print-friendly version but NOT in the email version (or PDF). Or vice versa. So I propose separate checkboxes for this option in each of the three variations. Thank you!

That's a general setting that disables the links everywhere. However, for each content type there's a default setting in admin/content/node-type/TYPE and in node/NID/edit for each node, and that one can be used to disable the links in PDFs and e-mails.
