Image Attach: If title is not filled then link for image is bad (result=error)

I installed image attach contrib module. very good work, but ....

1) If somebody upload image and NOT type image title, then LINK for picture in "Last Images" (block) is: ".htm" (no name). This link give me error then. It's bad.

2) Strange thing is: if somebody upload image - I see this image is "click-able". When I click on this image I expected full size image, but link is the same as actual page. So I get the same page again and picture is the same size. This is mistake I think.

Any glue? Thak you to all...
