Categories not attaching to nodes

First off, this auto-taxonomy piece is amazing. I just have a couple of test feeds set up with it yesterday and it's pulling categories from them like crazy.
The problem is that these categories are not attaching to the nodes they came from. They pour into my vocabulary (I'm using freetagging) but the feed items themselves show up with no categories.

This is also happening with one of my sites as well - http://synthwise.com. I am using 4.7.2 and have not yet upgraded to 4.7.3 because I am not sure if this is going to have an effect on aggregator2. Not only are the categories not necessarily showing up when autogenerated, but they are also not showing up sometimes even when I have specified certain categories for each feed item to be associated with. I am also using freetagging.
This is a great module... just a few quirks to work out. :)

I'm using 4.7.3, so I don't think that is an issue.
