Adding alphabetical filters to improve usability in "alpha" display

Issue Summary

Hi everybody,

I think that an alphabetical filter to switch directly between lists in .../taxonomy_vtn/alpha/1/XXX views can improve usability.

Please, see image in attachment where I try to explain the issue better

The addition of the letter in the breadcrumb would break the usual Drupal breadcrumb

However, I agree that a list of the letters should be available.

And, finally, adding the letter to the title should be easy...

I put a fix in for the title (i.e. "Blah >> A"). It will be available within 12h.
