404 Error When Trying to Create Kaltura Media Node

Issue Summary

I installed, enabled the module and set the appropriate conditions and registered with Kaltura, but when I go to Create Content > Kaltura Media Node, I am taken to a 404 file or directory not found error page. I have also looked at my Server Integration Settings, and it says my Drupal to Kaltura Session Test, Cron-Job Status, and CrossDomain.xml Status is ok.
