CVS edit link for bgilday

I am leading the effort to build a new distribution for local government agencies (cities, counties, etc). About 25 of gathered during DrupalCon SF on 3 separate BOF meetings, and I am leading the effort.

There is great interest among the group at large in moving forward. We had Andrew Hoppin form the NY Senate join in on the BOF, and Tim O'Reilly sent Jen Pahlka (Code for America founder) to join the discussion as well.

My compnay has been building sites for local government for the last two years, and so it was decidedthat we have the best initial profile to get this initiative moving forward.

We would like to move forward with this as soon as possible.
