It is really hard to disable the OpenCalais functionality. OpenCalais doesn't work for German, so there is no sense in using it, as it would only consume ressources. OpenCalais has dependencies in the defaul Feature, so I would have to modify the default feature. Any chance on putting the whole calais stuff into a seperate feature?

Hi,

I have been able to disable OpenCalais by disabling the following modules, one by one :
1) Calais Tag Modifier
2) Calais Geo (in Topic Hubs fieldset)
3) Calais Geo (in Calais fieldset)
4) Calais
5) Calais API
