Is not Views Nivo Slider, When jQuery_Update 6.x-2.x-dev is Activated, and Light Box, all links are openning in lightbox popup, other jquery efects are broken, and other modules like admin_menu are broken.

Thanks for taking the time to report this issue.

However, marking as duplicate of #772708: jquery_update 6.x-2.x-dev (1.3.2) kills admin_menu and breaks views ui.
You can follow up on that issue to track its status instead. If any information from this issue is missing in the other issue, please make sure you provide it over there.
